Returns & Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Because our products are custom-made and personalized to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake in the engraving on our end, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • Cancellations: Since we begin the "setup" process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you aren't happy with your order, reach out—we’ll treat you with the same honesty and respect we put into every laser-engraved piece.
