1. Introduction Welcome to Blackline Laser. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our Tiffin, Ohio-based shop.

2. Custom Orders & Personalization At Blackline Laser, we specialize in custom laser-engraved items.

• Customer Approval: For custom designs, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, and design elements are correct before finalizing the order.

• Collaboration: We reserve the right to decline designs that are deemed inappropriate or infringe on existing trademarks/copyrights.

3. Ownership of Designs (Intellectual Property) The designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of Blackline Laser. When you provide a design for engraving, you represent that you have the right to use that image. We reserve the right to photograph our finished work for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.

4. Payments and Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change our prices or discontinue products at any time. Payment must be received in full before we begin the "setup" and engraving process for your custom order.

5. Limitation of Liability Blackline Laser provides high-quality, durable goods, but we are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of our products (e.g., putting non-dishwasher safe tumblers in the dishwasher or improper care of wood charcuterie boards).

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Seneca County.
