This bamboo charcuterie board is our largest board measuring 17 3/4 inches by 12 inches. This board holds alot of detail and comes food safe pre oiled. If it is not gonna be used for food but as a art piece you can specify laquer finish. The laquer finish is not recommended for food.
Makes a great gift for any occasion, Mothers Day, birthday, easter, christmas or just because. She will love this charcuterie board, most say its to nice to use, their just gonna display it.
Care
All cutting boards must be oiled to prvent drying out and cracking or breaking. Do not use cooking oil to oil your boards.
Cutting board oil is available many places. AQlso called butcher block oil. Cutting board,/charcuterie board/butcher block is widely available.
You just rub the oil on let it soak in and wipe off excess. Some come as a kit that also has a wax. After the oil treatment you just put on the wax let dry then buff off.
Do not soak a board in water or put in dishwasher! To clean just use water and small amount of soap, rinse and dry right away!
